Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using SurplusLoop’s website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our platform.

Use Licence

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on SurplusLoop’s platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials.
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display.
• Attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer any software contained on the platform.
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials.

This licence shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by SurplusLoop at any time.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify SurplusLoop immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Purchases & Payments

All purchases are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

• All sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Payment must be received before shipment or asset transfer.
• Prices are quoted in MYR and are subject to change without notice.
• Buyers are responsible for verifying asset condition prior to completing a purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms vary by product and seller. Free shipping may be available on selected promotional items — check the product listing for eligibility.

Specific shipping terms, delivery timelines, and return policies are outlined separately on each listing and are incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.

Seller Obligations

Sellers listing assets on SurplusLoop must ensure that all product descriptions, images, and condition reports are accurate and not misleading. SurplusLoop reserves the right to remove listings that violate these standards or applicable law.

Disclaimer

The materials and listings on SurplusLoop’s platform are provided on an “as-is” basis. SurplusLoop makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SurplusLoop Sdn. Bhd. or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or services on our platform, even if SurplusLoop has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
